Foster Surgery Recovery Update
Here is an update sent from Tucker's foster home
"Tucker is doing wonderfully! The incision looks great, and he feels great. He’s only 9 days post-surgery, but I’d say he’s walking just as well, or better, than he was pre-surgery. We now have to keep him on a leash outside as he wants to run and play as soon as he gets out. With this cold weather, he’s happy to get back in where it’s warm, so he doesn’t seem too upset that he’s limited to very brief leash walks around the yard. He hasn’t bothered with his incision whatsoever, but I’m sure it’ll feel even better when he gets the stitches out in the next couple of days. Again, Thank You so much to anyone that helped in any way to raise the money for Tucker to get this surgery. If you could see how great he feels, and how excited he is about life in general, he would just melt your heart. A big thanks to you too, Renewed Life Animal Rescue, for taking him in, as well as all the other animals you work tirelessly to save!"
