Although our goal is for every pet to have a permanent, lifetime home, we understand that circumstances can sometimes make caring for an animal difficult.
If surrendering your pet for adoption and Renewed Life Animal Rescue seems like the right choice for you, please click on Surrender Canine button and you will be directed to our surrender form.
Please be as open and honest while completing the surrender form as this helps us determine placement (foster home) and any rehabilitation or obedience training that may be needed after intake into the rescue. We also require the animal's veterinary contact information so that we may get in contact with them for medical records.
**Note: we do not believe in euthanization unless our vet deems it as the only humane option.
